The longstanding work for creation motorcycles on 10-incher wheel was crowned with success in 1985. In that time started the serial production of mini cross-country motorcycle TM3–5.951 «Tula» with wide-section tire. The singularity of construction was confirmed by 14 author's certificates. The new engine had backward disk valve on intaking, what helped to improve considerably draft force. Step by step the motorcycle superseded light motor scooter, which production stopped in 1987.
