As a sample of Tula motor scooter German «Guggo-ТА200» framed of purchased units was taken. Strangely enough, but this decision which was cause of the failure of German firm fitted for our conditions much better. At least, using this set of units as the children's constructor, specialists from Tula could begin manufacture of popular motor scooters and cargo motor scooters, and later — motorcycle.
